Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Glorious Treasures. You will receive an email update with your tracking number once your order has shipped. At the moment, we only offer shipping to Canada and the US.
Processing and Delivery Times
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Additionally, nationwide and global shipping delays (such as those caused by COVID-19, holiday volumes, or inclement weather) may impact your estimated delivery date. Please remember that all products are only available for pre-order at the time and will be shipped out in approximately 6-9 weeks. See our estimated delivery times below:

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your order. Once you receive your tracking number, please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking portal to update.
Return Policy
Thanks for purchasing our products! In order to be eligible for a refund, you must return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and must be undamaged in any way. After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
